On July 12, the "Decision of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Guangxi Science and Technology Award in 2020" (hereinafter referred to as the "Decision") was issued. "Guangxi Climate Change and Its Impact Assessment Technology Research and Application" by the Autonomous Region Climate Center, "Guangxi Lightning Monitoring and Early Warning and Disaster Prevention Key Technology Development and Application" by the Autonomous Region Lightning Protection Center and the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Guilin City The "Guangxi Heavy Rain Precursor Signal and Its Formation Mechanism Research and Application" by the Meteorological Bureau and the Meteorological Observatory of the Autonomous Region won the third prize in the science and technology progress category.
