In Mar. 2016, Fatech self-designed class B/I spark-gap type surge arrester aworded Utility Patent and Designing Patent from the State Intellectual Property Office of the people's Republic of China.



The characteristics of this spark-gap surge arrester is as below,

1. we designed the unique starting circuit to ensure the spark gap can start normally when the lightning current happened. Currently the technology of spark gap  is very mature on the market, but according to our test result, most products cannot pass the test of 25Ka 10/350us, some of them even can not afford 8/20us test, because the circuit board damaged during the pre-heating test, so that the spark gap cannot start working normally. Therefore we designed this unique starting circuit to ensure graphite can start normally when the lightning current happened.
 
2. our product has unique indicate window and remote control contact to facilitate us know the working status and on-site monitoring. As we know, currently Type 1 surge protective device in China, it is basically without indicate window and remote control contact, when the products failed, it is difficult to judge whether the product is working normal.
 
3. Our products' max. cont. operating voltage (Uc value) can reach Max value 385V, and it is used for more wider and secure. Currently most manufactures just do it 255V, and very few manufacturers only supply class B/I surge arrester with Uc 320V.

4. The impulse discharge current can reach 25kA, and 50kA 10/350us.
